Position Summary

The AP Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Leaf Home’s vendors are paid for services and products.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review, sort incoming bills to be processed.
  • Seek approvals from business by threshold.
  • Data entry of bills.
  • Communication and follow-up with internal departments regarding invoices and billing.
  • Audit credit card bills and expense report spending.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and transactions.
  • Contact vendors for missing invoices and statements.
  • Process and maintain 1099 statements and distribute checks.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries.


Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of accounts payable experience.


Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with financial software.
  • Proven experience with data reporting, analysis, and operations research.
  • Strong math and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:

  • College coursework.
  • Accounting experience.


Travel Requirements:

  • No travel required (stationary work location).


Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

  • Overtime hours may be required based on business needs.
