Our business‑oriented law firm performs legal, tax and accounting services in the Toledo, Ohio area. We are seeking legal and tax associates and administrative professionals interested in pursuing a career in a small firm setting that provides clients with an integrated professional service experience. We utilize the latest technology available to deliver better work efficiency. Professionals with tax and/or legal backgrounds are encouraged to apply to join our team.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Onsite gourmet coffee and chocolate bar, free parking, and no city taxes are provided.

We are seeking tax and accounting student interns for our tax season. In this position, you will have the opportunity to perform tax and accounting services for businesses, individuals, and trusts and estates. Responsibilities include tax return preparation, research and writing, accounting, and associated legal work for the firm's clients. Students pursuing tax and accounting degrees, CPA candidates, pre‑law or paralegal studies, and law students pursuing their JD and interested in business, estate planning, real estate, tax and accounting are encouraged to apply.

This is a paid internship.
