Senior Cost Accountant

Marvin is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to support our Manufacturing operations within the Finance, Accounting & Administration team. In this people-first, family-owned environment, you will lead product cost modeling, standard cost updates, variance analysis, and inventory valuation across multiple plants. You’ll partner with operations to analyze material, labor, and overhead, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement. This role champions accuracy, integrity, and clear communication, providing leadership with insights that improve margins, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
