Minimum Qualifications:
+ Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience
+ Strong attention to detail and time management
+ AP/AR Experience
+ Microsoft Office Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Excellent customer service
+ Eager to learn and able to solve problems
+ Positive attitude
Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

+ Processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoices
+ Ensure timely payment of expenses
+ Analyze financial data in order to implement changes to improve profitability

+ Order office supplies as needed

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $20 to $23 hourly.
