Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager

We are partnering with a growing, multi-site manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to serve as the senior back-office accounting leader reporting directly to the CFO. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial reporting and month-end close across four sites/entities, treasury and cash management, and oversight of the day-to-day accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and financial reporting across four sites/entities
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, reconciliations and management reporting
• Manage treasury activities and cash forecasting, including 13-week cash forecasts
• Maintain strong balance sheet controls and accounting processes
• Oversee Staff Accountant and AP/AR functions
• Coordinate the annual external audit
• Improve and standardize accounting processes across locations
• Partner directly with the CFO on reporting, cash flow and accounting matters

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong month-end close and financial reporting background
• Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-site environment
• Prior experience managing accounting staff
• Treasury and cash forecasting experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
