Administrative Assistant

Overview

Fives DyAG Corp is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Toledo, OH area.

Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys collaborating across departments and with external partners. The Admin must have strong Excel skills.

• Provide administrative support to internal teams and external engineering firms
• Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation with precision
• Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools
• Assist with project coordination and ensure timely task completion
• Perform basic text edits in AutoCAD (training available if needed)
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and in-person interactions
• Support cross-functional collaboration and contribute to team success

• Associate's Degree is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is helpful
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, Visio, and Teams. Strong Excel skills are a must.
• Collaborative mindset with a service-oriented approach
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus (not required)
