Executive Assistant - Chief Investment Officer Overview

The right individual will support the CIO, helping to organize his wide and extensive calendar of responsibilities, projects, activities, and involvements.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of schedule and calendar management for the Chief Investment Officer
  • Frequently taking the lead on company-wide communication on behalf of executives
  • Travel coordination/scheduling for executives traveling to and from our 17 markets
  • Accurately summarize meetings and deliver acquisition tour notes as needed
  • Key partner in administration of Smartsheet (our collaboration software)
  • Handling expense reporting for 3-5 leaders
