The Opportunity

As part of the Administration and Secretarial Services team, you will provide Executive Administrative support to senior leadership, operating with a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism in a fast‑paced environment. You will manage complex executive priorities, coordinate leadership activities, and support business operations while anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and proactively resolving challenges. This role requires strong relationship management skills, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities while driving efficiency, communication, and follow‑through on key business objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will analyze and resolve complex administrative and operational issues, coordinate meetings, travel, and executive engagements, and support executive communications and presentations. You will collaborate with external clients and their support teams to coordinate executive activities and deliver a seamless experience for PwC leadership.
