We're looking for a Plumbing and Project Coordinator who thrives on structure, takes ownership of details, and knows how to keep multiple moving pieces on track without dropping the ball. What You'll Be Responsible ForThis is not a passive admin role. You ll be a key operational partner supporting Project Managers and the plumbing team to ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish.
- Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects on schedule
- Track project progress, documentation, and timelines with a high level of accuracy
- Act as a communication hub between field teams, vendors, and internal staff
- Support Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and job tracking
- Ensure all paperwork, work orders, and project documentation are accurate and up to date
- Identify gaps or potential delays early and take action to keep things moving

- Experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations support (required)
- Background in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or trades (strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills—you can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities without getting overwhelmed
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with both field teams and office staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with project or construction software is a plus
- Ability to interpret basic project documents, schedules, and work orders
- Self-starter who can work independently while supporting a team environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with constant moving parts
- Reliable, adaptable, and accountable
