The Administration Assistant III will provide strategic, high‑level administrative and operational support to the Executive and the team, enabling leaders to focus on delivering value and maintaining high‑quality execution across all responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Communicates with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information.
  • Answers the manager's phone line, documents accurate messages, and handles calls with appropriate judgment.
  • Manages the calendar of multiple executives proactively, resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Arranges and handles details related to travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepares meeting minutes and related documents, utilizing written and oral communication skills.
  • Prepares correspondence, reports, and forms for leaders, including research and problem resolution.
  • Supports management with administrative tasks, coordinates travel arrangements, processes expenses, and gathers reporting information.
  • Responds to incoming mail and assists with organizing in‑person meetings and off‑sites.
  • Manages different and conflicting objectives, projects, or activities in a responsive and personable manner.
Required Qualifications
  • 3 – 5 years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating across organizations and lines of business.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of home lending.
  • 1–2 years of business support experience.
  • 1 year of project management experience.

Work Hours and Compensation

Hours per week: 40. Pay range: $25.00 – $52.34 per hour, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
