What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, vendor management, or facilities coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
- Ability to analyze information and solve operational challenges using sound judgment.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage data, inventory, and financial information.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
