Job Description
If selected for this position, you will be responsible for performing docketing and complex legal report development using computerized case tracking and record-keeping systems for the United States Attorney's Office, Northern District of Ohio. Typical duties include:
- Maintains and extracts data from automated docketing databases and systems.
- Inputs information into databases and systems and updates records.
- Extracts requested program/statistical data when requested.
- Receives and reviews incoming case files and documents.
- Reviews recurring reports.
- Updates databases and systems to record status changes. Closes cases out, as directed.
- Produces a variety of written documents and materials utilizing a wide range of office automation applications.
- Produces tables, graphs, and charts which may be incorporated into legal documents or courtroom presentations.
Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
