Job DescriptionThis Administrative Assistant I contribute to fulfilling the University's mission and vision by providing alignment, integration, tracking, and planning of inclusion and opportunity programs.
Minimum Qualifications- Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- • Associate’s degree in business management, secretarial sciences or related field
- required.
- • One (1) year of administrative and/or secretarial experience performing similar duties for an
- upper-level management position required OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
- required
- • Previous experience in a professional office setting, experience in an academic office
- preferred.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- • Knowledge of online survey tools.
- • Must be flexible and able to manage multiple high priority demands.
- • Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of often sensitive written and verbal
- matters.
