Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Data Entry, Admin Assistant
Job Title
TW Metals, LLC is a leading global distributor of Specialty Metals providing materials to the world's leading companies in the aerospace, defense, and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieves packing slips and Mill Test Reports per customer's request.
- Performs Test report verification
- Finalizes and invoices Sales Orders
- Codes and enters all AP invoices for management approval
- Scans all official documents into Imaging processes daily
- Receives, updates, and finalizes Material Processing Orders (Internal/External)
- Operates copiers and fax machines.
- Calls for repairs of office equipment.
- Opens and distributes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and introduces visitors to the appropriate person.
- Answers telephone and gives information to callers, or routes call to appropriate official.
- Composes and creates routine correspondence.
- Files correspondence and other records.
- Confirms, and finalizes all buy-outs and PO receipts.
- Gives information to customers.
- Maintain inventory of all office supplies and place required purchase orders.
- Uploads customers' orders onto their portal. (Eaton and Tenneco)
- Works in conjunction with the sales team and customers related to Sales Support/Administration
- Coordinates all branch corporate citizenship functions.
- Coordinates and plans all branch events, as well as LiveSMART Ambassador.
- All other administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, manage, coordinate and understand document flow to the receiving process.
- Effective communication skills which include verbal and written
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn proprietary program, known as Metalware.
