Compensation: $25.72 – $31.31 per hour

Schedule: Full‑time, 9 pm – 7 am shift

• Supervise direct‑care personnel in at least one module, cottage, house, or residential building on assigned shift.
• Serve as a team member for policy development and implementation of work rules.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid standards and labor contract rules.
• Resolve labor disputes at the first level and refer employees to Employee Assistance Program coordinators.
• Conduct staff training and in‑service on new policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor implementation of Individual Habilitation Plans for residents to ensure they are followed.
• Complete and sign employee performance evaluations.
• Ensure direct‑care staff attendance at team meetings to review and revise plans.
• Manage staffing coverage: schedule staff, assign relief, part‑time, and overtime; maintain required minimum coverage; assign relief staff by seniority; manage payroll, overtime, and daily schedules.
• Review documentation on resident behavior, progress, and incidents (e.g., restraint records, incident reports, Medicaid surveys).
• Approve and process requests for clothing purchases and other resident expenditures.
• Maintain staff time‑and‑attendance logs and ensure completeness.
• Participate in Individual Habilitation Program meetings and unit manager meetings.
• Complete census reports and investigate/report major incidents.
• Ensure staff compliance with treatment plans; relieve supervisors of other units upon request.
• Maintain supplies and procure necessary equipment.

• Minimum 24 months of training or experience providing care to patients and participating in development or carrying out patients’ habilitation plans, preferably with developmental or mental disabilities.
• Equivalent of the minimum class qualifications for employment.
• Medical job skill background.
