Director, Product Manager Roofing Systems

Erie Home seeks a Director, Product Manager Roofing Systems to own the strategy and lifecycle of our premium residential roofing portfolio. In this leadership role, you will translate homeowner needs, market trends, and competitive insights into a clear product roadmap, driving growth and profitability. You'll partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, and installation teams to define requirements, pricing, and positioning, ensuring flawless execution.

You will monitor performance, margins, and customer satisfaction, lead continuous improvement, and help reinforce Erie Home's reputation as a national roofing and exterior remodeling leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for roofing systems from concept through launch and optimization
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine offerings
• Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and installation teams to ensure successful product execution
• Define product requirements, features, and pricing aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Track product performance, margins, and customer satisfaction; drive data-based improvements
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives and manage vendor/manufacturer relationships
• Develop go-to-market plans and support marketing and sales enablement content
• Ensure product compliance with industry, safety, and building code standards
