We’re seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to support Data Center construction projects. This role will lead project scheduling efforts, support project teams in sequencing and schedule development, and help drive scheduling best practices across multiple projects.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with project teams, solving schedule challenges, and mentoring others while supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project schedules for construction projects of varying size and complexity
- Support bid and proposal schedule development
- Lead or support schedule reviews and critical path analysis to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with project teams to develop construction sequencing and recovery plans when needed
- Support pull planning and collaborative planning sessions to align project execution plans
- Assist with schedule-related change management, delays, and claims analysis
- Help develop and maintain scheduling standards and best practices
- Mentor or support junior schedulers and project team members
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling best practices
- Experience performing critical path and schedule impact analysis
- Proficiency in major scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across project stakeholders
- Ability to identify schedule risks and recommend solutions
- Experience supporting multiple project types or delivery methods preferred
- Familiarity with Lean or collaborative planning approaches is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Typically 8+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience preferred
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
- Combination of office and project site environments
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs
- Flexibility to support project schedules when required
