Overview
Our client is seeking a candidate for a Fiber Construction Leader, who has experience in a OSP/Fiber construction site/project. This is a hands‑on leadership role. This person will oversee day‑to‑day field operations across mostly underground construction projects, with some aerial projects as well. The frontline leadership role is responsible for managing in‑house and subcontractor crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining quality control, and meeting project timelines.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, solutions‑focused, and highly organized, with a solid understanding of both aerial and underground telecom construction methods. This position is a key player in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality project delivery.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
