$23.75 to $33.00 per hour

Key Duties- Execute various building tasks across industrial, commercial, and residential sites.
- Analyze and translate blueprints, technical drawings, and project requirements.
- Support the team with demolition, framing, remodeling, carpentry, and finish tasks.
- Utilize hand tools, power equipment, and machinery in a secure manner.
- Measure, trim, join, and install a variety of construction materials.
- Ensure the work area remains tidy and well‑organized to improve overall site efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all internal safety protocols and OSHA standards to protect the entire team.
- Coordinate effectively with supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
- Ensure that all project milestones are met according to quality standards and timelines.
- Proactively flag potential site hazards or technical issues to help maintain a safe working environment.
- Three or more years of relevant construction experience.
- Background working within industrial, commercial, and residential settings.
- Solid grasp of standard construction materials, tools, and industry practices.
- Proven ability to interpret complex construction drawings and blueprints.
- Experience in areas such as concrete, remodeling, finish carpentry, or general building tasks.
- Capacity to perform effectively whether working alone or with a group.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform tasks in diverse weather conditions.
- Carpentry proficiency.
- Background in renovation and remodeling projects.
- Experience with commercial‑scale construction.
- Competency in operating heavy equipment.
- Current OSHA certification.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience in a leadership or crew lead capacity.
