• Execute various building tasks across industrial, commercial, and residential sites.
• Analyze and translate blueprints, technical drawings, and project requirements.
• Support the team with demolition, framing, remodeling, carpentry, and finish tasks.
• Utilize hand tools, power equipment, and machinery in a secure manner.
• Measure, trim, join, and install a variety of construction materials.
• Ensure the work area remains tidy and well‑organized to improve overall site efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to all internal safety protocols and OSHA standards to protect the entire team.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, project managers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
• Ensure that all project milestones are met according to quality standards and timelines.
• Proactively flag potential site hazards or technical issues to help maintain a safe working environment.

• Three or more years of relevant construction experience.
• Background working within industrial, commercial, and residential settings.
• Solid grasp of standard construction materials, tools, and industry practices.
• Proven ability to interpret complex construction drawings and blueprints.
• Experience in areas such as concrete, remodeling, finish carpentry, or general building tasks.
• Capacity to perform effectively whether working alone or with a group.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform tasks in diverse weather conditions.

• Carpentry proficiency.
• Background in renovation and remodeling projects.
• Experience with commercial‑scale construction.
• Competency in operating heavy equipment.
• Current OSHA certification.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience in a leadership or crew lead capacity.
