Broadstaff is hiring an experienced Construction Manager to lead fiber builds with a strong focus on splicing crews, quality control, and market leadership. This is a Sr. CM position.

- Manage OSP fiber construction projects (aerial & underground)
- Oversee fiber splicing crews, QA/QC, and testing (OTDR)
- Track production, budgets, and schedules

- Coordinate with clients, utilities, and subs
- 7+ years telecom construction (OSP fiber) experience managing multiple crews/projects
- Knowledge of FTTH, backbone, and distribution builds
- Ability to read prints/KMZ and manage budgets
