Roofing Project Manager

Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Roofing Project Manager who can oversee projects with a strong focus on quality, communication, and execution. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving, planning, and maintaining high standards throughout every phase of a project.
Responsibilities include communicating with installers, suppliers, and homeowners; reviewing materials, job specifications, and project details; ensuring projects meet company quality standards; tracking progress and resolving project issues efficiently; maintaining documentation and job organization; and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the job and at job completion. Collect final payment at job completion.
The Right Candidate Will:
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoy solving operational problems
- Communicate professionally and clearly
- Hold high standards for workmanship and follow-through
- Work well independently while managing multiple priorities
- Have experience in roofing, construction, or project management
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 80 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on a roof
Preferred Qualifications:
- Roofing or exterior construction experience
- Experience measuring/scoping projects
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience managing subcontractors or crews
- Comfortable using technology and project management systems
