Use your artistic or creative talents to help hospice patients leave a legacy — through storytelling, music, art, memory books, or scrap booking.
Responsibilities
- Lead or assist legacy creation projects
- Engage patients through music, art, writing, or crafts
- Support families with meaningful keepsakes
- Training and documentation
- Creative skill (art, music, writing, etc.)
