About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused, solutions-driven Customer Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping to solve problems, manage orders, and build strong, lasting relationships.
You’ll partner closely with internal teams and customers to deliver a seamless experience, identify opportunities to add value, and help position us as a supplier of choice. What You’ll Do Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and support
- Provide timely, accurate, and solutions-oriented service
- Build strong relationships and understand customer needs and goals
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and grow business
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Use systems and tools (including ERP platforms like SAP) to track and manage activity
- Identify ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Stay informed on products, industry trends, and customer needs
- Follow all safety policies and contribute to a safe work environment
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service, operations, or supply chain role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
