As a Customer Service Representative at Ace Appliance Sales & Service, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers in Toledo, OH. Join our dynamic team to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients.

Hours required for this position: 22 hours per week.

Location:

3724 Airport Hwy, Toledo 43615.

Schedule:

Friday 9:30am‑6pm, Saturday 8am‑4pm, Sunday 9am‑3pm. Days off:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
