Overview
Sky Zone Crew Members are part‑time associates who work across multiple departments in a dynamic indoor entertainment park.
Responsibilities- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues.
- Provide friendly and memorable customer service.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment.
- Must be 16years of age or older.
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
- Flexible schedule during operational hours (business hours, evenings, weekends, some holidays).
- Previous high‑volume customer‑facing experience is ideal but not required.
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
- Able to lift a minimum of 20pounds.
- Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guests, park, and safety needs.
- Lifting or moving a minimum of 20pounds.
- Frequent communication and interaction in a busy, often loud indoor environment.
Starting at $12.00per hour with a full pay range up to $12.00per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
