Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts) | No Call | No Weekends.

We are seeking a proficient General Dentist for a specialized 4-day coverage assignment. This role is designed for a solo practitioner comfortable managing a standard restorative schedule in a private practice setting. A primary requirement for this position is the ability to perform Posterior Root Canal Therapy (RCT) independently.

• Advanced Procedures: Must be proficient in Posterior RCT (mandatory requirement).
• Comprehensive Care: Perform all aspects of general dentistry, including hygiene checks, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
• Patient Management: Patient volume is flexible and will be adjusted based on the provider's specific comfort level and clinical pace.
• Environment: Outpatient private practice focused on high-quality restorative outcomes and patient experience.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Washington State Dental License (DDS/DMD).
• Clinical Skill: Demonstrated competency in molar endodontics (Posterior RCT).
• Certifications: Active DEA and all state-mandated certifications.
• Professional History: A clean malpractice record is required for immediate facility approval and enrollment.
