We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead and support one of our growing practices. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in operations, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Prior dental office experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a supportive work environment that reflects the Dental Excellence Group's core values and engages the team in initiatives that promote the company vision and growth.
  • Support productive patient scheduling and treatment acceptance processes, and assist in managing collection procedures, including over-the-counter collections and timely insurance billings.
  • Aid in managing the office within budgetary guidelines for controllable expenses, including production and labor costs, while monitoring supply and maintenance expenses.
  • Assist in hiring, managing, and developing a capable team focused on delivering exceptional patient care, providing guidance and support in their daily roles.
  • Ensure that staff adheres to new patient scheduling protocols and actively participates in marketing campaigns/events to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Regularly coordinate the maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and technology to ensure a well-functioning environment.
  • Ensure that administrative tasks, including reporting statistics and other relevant data, are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in ensuring that the practice complies with government regulations and company policies and that all personnel adhere to established procedures.
