Oral Surgeon – Toledo, Ohio | Lead a New Oral Surgery Division Build and lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art oral and maxillofacial surgery division in Toledo, Ohio. This full-time DDS/DMD career opportunity offers total clinical autonomy, advanced dental technology, and the strong backing of an established dental organization with an active internal referral network.
Compensation & Benefits Package- $600,000 competitive base salary
- $150,000 upfront sign-on bonus

- Collaborate daily with established internal General Dentistry, Periodontics, and Endodontics teams
- Enjoy a built-in, steady local patient referral pipeline from day one
- Focus on high-quality patient care with long‑term professional growth and ownership potential
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a recognized residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active Ohio dental license or eligibility to obtain one
- Board certified or board eligible status preferred
