Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care.
- Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals.
- Clearly communicate diagnoses and treatment recommendations to patients.
- Collaborate closely with hygienists and other clinical team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize available digital technology to enhance diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education.
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation.
- Build lasting patient relationships through excellent communication and patient-centered care.
- Maintain the highest ethical, clinical, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Ohio dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong clinical and treatment-planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills.
- Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry.
- Experienced dentists and confident new graduates are encouraged to apply.
