Anesthesiologist

The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team in Toledo, OH. This role involves providing safe, high-quality general anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients within an Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry and comprehensive dental care. The Anesthesiologist will collaborate with dentists, nurses, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care and positive outcomes.

• Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry and comprehensive dental care
• Provide anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day
• Fast-paced ASC environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients
• Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment

Shift & Schedule

• Full-Time (3+ days / week)
• No Call
• No Weekends or Holidays

Requirements

• Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
• Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
• Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire
• National Board Certification strongly preferred
• Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
