CRNA Opportunity in Findlay, Ohio

A leading, hospital-employed medical group is seeking a CRNA to join a practice in Findlay, Ohio. (40 minutes from Toledo, OH)

• Wide range of specialties supported: ENT, vascular, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases
• Practice locations include a 150-bed hospital with Level III Trauma Center, a 25-bed community hospital, and a freestanding surgery center
• Precision Surgery Program with four da Vinci® Surgical Robots
• Cerner/Oracle Health EMR, fully integrated with AI-assisted clinical documentation

Compensation:

• Base salary: $300,000 guaranteed (W2, hospital-employed, 40 hrs)
• Total compensation potential: $300K–$600K+
• Signing bonus/student support: $100K, structured over 1–5 years
• PTO: 368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays)
• Annual skill stipends: $5K per skill (pediatrics, obstetrics, regional blocks)
• CME & board certification allowance: $4K annually
• Overtime callback rate: $225/hour
• Call pay: $250/night, $1,200/weekend day
• Vacation payout up to 80 hours at hourly rate
• 403(b) retirement with 4% employer match starting year two

Job/Practice

Description:

CRNA

• Self-scheduling with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, part-time or full-time
• No call required
• Welcomes new grads as well as experienced CRNAs
• One-on-one mentoring provided for new grads
• Wide variety of cases to maintain and build skills
• Training available in regional and block techniques
• Care team model
• Overtime opportunities available if desired

Requirements:

• CRNA certification
• Willingness to train in regional anesthesia and blocks (training provided)
• Open to new graduates and experienced CRNAs
