Program Manager, Student Engagement, Neff College of Business & Innovation
Responsibilities:
This role focuses on designing and delivering a high‑quality student experience across the Neff College of Business & Innovation (NCOBI) while supporting strategic priorities, engagement, communication, and accreditation. The Program Manager will work closely with college leadership to create a supportive and dynamic student environment. They will oversee student‑focused programs and events, manage student workers, and continuously improve initiatives based on assessment and feedback.
They will build high‑quality initiatives that shape the student experience from entry to graduation, serving as a student‑centered champion with the skills and presence to engage learners at every level and guide their development. They will ensure students are aligned to and participate in experiences that apply knowledge, bridge academics to practice, and build problem‑solving skills. They will support students' personalized development, experiential learning, and career‑ready programming that prepares graduates to lead and succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Social Sciences, or a closely related field
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern technologies
- Attention to detail, prioritization of work, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, tight timelines, and frequent high‑volume circumstances
- Willingness and ability to take direction from various sources
- Flexibility and availability outside normal business hours
- Strong writing and public speaking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a diverse environment
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience working in a high‑pace environment requiring self‑management and critical thinking
