At Career Prep schools we make a generational change by caring enough about each student to give them a personal, career-focused graduation plan and then helping them every step of the way to achieve their dreams. We have life-changing goals and need incredibly dedicated and passionate people throughout Ohio to help us reach them. Career Prep schools provides high school students with an alternative education option designed to help every student succeed.

Our mission is to empower students, partners, and staff to achieve their full potential. We are a network of dropout prevention and recovery charter schools in Ohio dedicated to helping students build meaningful lives. We blend academics, career readiness, and wraparound services that meet the whole student’s needs, continuously serving the community while becoming a pillar of support.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing cross‑functional team of educators and support staff.
• Foster a safe, structured, and trauma‑informed school culture through PBIS and MTSS.
• Serve as the primary culture champion, leading GEIST councils, mentoring initiatives, and meaningful school events.

• Own the school's enrollment pipeline, driving recruitment efforts, community outreach, and lead nurturing to maintain full FTE enrollment.
• Partner closely with the Enrollment Specialist for rapid response to new leads and a seamless onboarding process.
• Produce content, social media updates, and a bi‑monthly State of the School report to keep the community, board, and stakeholders deeply engaged.
