Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Facilities Management- Take a leading role in the implementation, monitoring, and daily maintenance of the school's operational standards of excellence (Ship Shape).
- Manage building safety, security protocols, and crisis prevention plans to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff.
- Oversee facilities maintenance requests, vendor relationships, and logistical coordination to ensure peak building performance.
- Partner with school leadership to implement school-wide student discipline policies and PBIS frameworks fairly and consistently as part of the school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
- Foster a high-performance building culture by actively contributing to student events, graduation planning, and mentoring initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Fusion school support teams to align campus-level operational execution with network-wide strategic goals.
- Drive building-level student recruitment, intake logistics, and student onboarding/offboarding processes to stabilize and grow the student enrollment.
- Monitor daily student attendance tracking, enrollment pipelines, and lead response times, ensuring all administrative databases are updated in real-time.
- Execute logistics for state-mandated compliance, including scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage the building-level operational budget, processing purchase requests, travel tracking, and resource allocation with high fiscal responsibility.
- Administer daily lunch programs, front-desk workflows, and general office logistics to guarantee frictionless day-to-day operations.
- 3+ years of progressive operational management experience, preferably within an education management organization, charter school network, or high-velocity public sector environment.
