• Designs and delivers student engagement programs across the Neff College of Business & Innovation.
• Collaborates with college leadership to create a supportive and dynamic student environment.
• Manages student workers and oversees student-focused events.
• Continuously improves student initiatives based on assessment and feedback.
• Supports personalized development, experiential learning, and career-readiness programming.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern technologies.
• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Strong writing, public speaking, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment.
• Must be flexible with availability outside regular business hours.
