Assistant Director Admission, Community Engagement Access

The University of Toledo is hiring an Assistant Director Admission, Community Engagement, & Access. This role drives outreach, enrollment, and recruitment efforts by developing relationships with schools and community partners, supervising admission counselors, and managing College Credit Plus recruitment and enrollment operations to support undergraduate admission goals.

• Develop and maintain relationships with secondary schools, community organizations, and university partners.
• Supervise admission counselors and assist in recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate College Credit Plus recruitment, admissions processing, and state compliance.
• Manage an assigned recruitment territory to achieve enrollment goals through outreach and student engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and enrollment management systems required.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience required; master’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills needed.
• Experience with College Credit Plus or dual enrollment programs preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Works under the Office of Undergraduate Admission at The University of Toledo.
