As needed All teachers must agree to support all sections of the ECS Declaration of Faith, and must whole-heartedly affirm sections 1-5, 8-13, 21-23. Applicants will be asked to affirm both the ECS Declaration of Faith and the ECS Standards of Conduct for employees RESPONSIBILITIES Teach regularly scheduled classes as assigned on the master schedule. Be informed as to the academic, spiritual, and social development of each of their students.

Employ those instructional aids, methods, and materials that will provide for creative and effective teaching including the consistent and effective use of technology. Ensure that adequate preparations have been made to accomplish objectives and meet the standards established for the classes assigned. Demonstrate strong classroom management that fosters a learning environment for all students and adheres to the school's policies and procedures.

Follow the school's protocol for classroom discipline. Speak favorably of and publicly support the school, faculty, and school leadership. Carry out other duties as assigned by the school's administration.
