Music School - Receptionist ​/ Office Coordinator

Toledo & Perrysburg’s largest and fastest-growing Music School for Private Music Lessons is now hiring an additional Full-Time front desk team member.

You will orchestrate the daily operations of our music school, ensuring every visitor feels valued and every detail is meticulously managed.

• 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, weekend availability required
• 2 days off during weekdays (either consecutive or non-consecutive)
• Tentative Schedule below, changes may apply
• Availability to work in both locations:
  Toledo & Perrysburg

Saturday: 8AM - 4PM

Sunday: 9AM - 5PM

Monday - Friday: TBD - 11AM-7PM / 12PM-8PM / 1PM-9PM
