Pay Range: $100 - $108/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Level 1–Level 5 commissioning, including IST (Integrated Systems Testing)
• Perform system validation, functional testing, and readiness assessments
• Oversee QA/QC inspections across MEP systems
• Validate electrical infrastructure (MV/LV systems, UPS, switch gear)
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineering teams
• Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and test scripts
• Support factory acceptance testing (FAT) and energization readiness
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and documentation tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards (NFPA, OSHA, ISO)

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• 10+ years in commissioning and QA/QC (mission-critical projects)
• Strong experience with electrical infrastructure (MV systems, UPS, substations)
• Experience in data centers, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership in commissioning execution and team coordination
• Hands-on experience with IST and final system turnover
• Experience with BIM
  360, Bluebeam, AutoCAD
• Certifications:
  
  OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, ISO 9001
• Experience in hyperscale (20MW+) environments
