Lead Control Engineer

We're hiring a Senior Controls Engineer for a growing automation business in Toledo, OH. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Allen-Bradley PLCs/HMIs, servo motion, VFDs, and robotics who wants to take ownership of projects from design through commissioning.

• Design, program, and commission industrial control systems
• Develop and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI applications
• Work with servo motion, VFDs/Power Flex drives, and robotic systems
• Support machine startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Create and modify controls/electrical drawings in AutoCAD

• Proven controls engineering experience
• Strong background with:
  • Allen-Bradley PLCs & HMIs
  • Servo systems and motion control
  • VFDs / Power Flex drives
  • Fanuc or ABB robotics
  • AutoCAD
• Experience with camming profiles and electronic gearing
• Willingness to travel 20%, including occasional travel to Mexico
