Bridge Engineer

Civil Bridge Engineer – Toledo, OH

We are currently seeking a Full‑Time Bridge Engineer to be involved in projects with our Transportation Team and be a part of a growing organization that delivers important bridge infrastructure for our Ohio and national clients.

• Perform bridge related computations and analysis
• Support the preparation of design plans, cost estimates and special provisions
• Collect data, gather information, produce documents and reports
• Attend design meetings and coordinate with team members
• Develop memorandums and other written technical documents
• Work with cross‑functional teams in executing project work
• Work collaboratively with other engineers, professionals and infrastructure authorities on Federal, State, regional, local and privately funded improvement and development projects
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline
• 4+ years of relevant post‑education experience
• Ohio Professional Engineering License (or ability to apply within 1 year)
• Good technical writing, analytical and communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with an emphasis on quality work products
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
• Must have the ability to lift 30‑50 lbs. and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

The starting salary for this position is $80,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience and licensing status.
