What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary quality leader for the assigned area, responsible for developing and executing the annual Quality plan, including setting goals, coordinating training, and conducting internal audits.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Quality-related matters and challenges.
- Lead root cause investigations, implement effective corrective actions, and drive ongoing continuous improvement efforts.
- Manage customer complaint responses and support audit activities to maintain regulatory and internal compliance.
- Collect, analyze, and report on quality data and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and improvement strategies.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other STEM
- 3+ years’ experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing
- Knowledge of AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 quality systems; auditing experience a plus
- Experience with continuous improvement, problem-solving, and customer complaint resolution
- Willingness to travel as needed (10–20%)
- Eligibility for export compliance under U.S. regulations (ITAR/EAR)
