These aren't small projects. You'll gain exposure to complex, high-profile Heavy Civil work while developing the skills necessary to advance your career quickly.

• Partner with Project Managers and field leadership to help deliver successful projects
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project controls
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Track costs, quantities, production, and project progress
• Participate in project meetings and help drive project success from start to finish
• Support safety, quality control, and operational excellence

• Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related background preferred
• Experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, HCSS, Primavera, or similar software is a plus
• Desire to grow into a leadership role within Heavy Civil construction
