As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of complex electrical systems for water, wastewater, and industrial facilities—from concept through construction. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys technical depth, project collaboration, and making a tangible impact through essential infrastructure.
In this role, you will:

- Perform power system studies and analyses using tools such as ETAP, SKM Power Tools, or similar software to support safe, reliable, and resilient system performance
- Provide engineering support during construction through submittal and shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, field inspections, and collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams
At Arcadis, you'll be part of a purpose-driven organization where your technical expertise contributes directly to resilient water systems and healthier communities—today and for generations to come.
The ideal candidate brings experience in industrial electrical design and power distribution, with a strong understanding of equipment layout and system integration. You are organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines are essential. This role is well-suited for engineers motivated by sustainability, resilience, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact through critical water infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience supporting water/wastewater projects
- EIT or Professional Engineer (PE)
You'll do meaningful work, and no matter what role, you'll be helping to deliver sustainable solutions for a more prosperous planet. Make your mark, on your career, your colleagues, your clients, your life and the world around you.
