SSOE Group seeks a Structural Engineering Co-op for Spring 2027 to work onsite at the Toledo, OH office. This is a supervised, learning-focused position intended for students enrolled in an ABET-accredited engineering program.

• Perform assigned structural engineering tasks under close supervision from the Department Manager or designee.
• Follow department standards, methods, and procedures relevant to the field of study.
• Complete daily duties and special projects, meeting assigned deadlines.
• Support team efforts to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Attend occasional local client visits; valid driver’s license required.

• Enrollment in an ABET-accredited Civil, Architectural Engineering, or technically related discipline.
• Rising junior or senior academic year preferred.
• Registration with the Office of Professional Experience Program or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic computer skills;
  Revit or AutoCAD experience is a plus.

• This position is onsite at the Toledo, OH office; remote or hybrid work is not available.
• Salary: $20–$23 per hour (dependent on year in school).
• Occasional local travel may be required.
