Join a growing team at OPP! We are currently seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused industrial environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a customer first mindset, be a self-starter, have great attention to detail and work well within a team. This position is responsible for communicating with customers, entering orders accurately and timely, and following up on work orders.

• Manages an established customer base and ensures customer satisfaction
• Prepare and enter order information into the ERP system according to established procedures and standards
• Able to manage a high volume of customer requests through various forms of communication
• Demonstrates teamwork to ensure accurate work and information is processed
• Establishes and maintains rapport with customers
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous Inside/Customer Service experience preferred
• Industry knowledge is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused mindset with great attention to detail
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
