The pay range for this job is $12.00 to $19.00 an hour, dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed of work as a professional house cleaner.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process to delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Make customers feel cared for and win their trust.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – Manage the schedule and drive responsibly.
• Maintain equipment – Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
