Job SummaryThe Finance Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for reconciliation, analysis, reporting and compliance filing. Analyzes operations in order to ensure that all transactions are properly calculated and recorded in the general ledger.
SCHEDULE- Monday
- Friday hours between 7am- 5pm EST - Office located in Downtown Toledo, Ohio
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Skills- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, plan, coordinate, and organize multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Years of Experience : 3-5 years in finance or accounting setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EducationMaster’s Degree
SkillsUnderstanding of generally accepted and statutory accounting principles; working knowledge of Strata budget and decision support software; working knowledge of healthcare labor benchmarking.
Years of Experience : 5+ years in healthcare finance or accounting setting
WORKING CONDITIONS Physical DemandsOffice environment. Must have the ability to move between workstations. Ideal candidate will be well-versed in computer applications and operation.
