This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Processor in one of our Toledo, OH offices (TBD). The Loan Processor is responsible for managing loan applications, preparing and reviewing loan documents, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and maintaining communication with members during the loan process. Other responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to support client satisfaction and assisting in driving the overall success of the lending services.

• Proficiency in reviewing and managing Loan Documents and processing Loans
• Knowledge of Underwriting processes and procedures
• Strong Communication skills to interact with members and internal teams effectively
• Experience in Loan Processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Working knowledge of financial products and regulations is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is beneficial
• Previous experience in a financial or credit union setting is preferred
