Lead Financial Strategies In Manufacturing

Join our client's executive team to enhance financial performance and support sustainable growth. This role is crucial for optimizing operations and financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance with GAAP standards.
• Maintain cash flow oversight and manage banking relationships.
• Lead cost accounting efforts to identify efficiency gains.
• Identify and mitigate financial and regulatory risks.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
• Advise on mergers/acquisitions and major capital expenditures.
• Develop KPIs to monitor financial health and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred.
• 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing.
• Proven track record in a mid-sized company, with expertise in cost accounting and lean manufacturing finance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
